
MASS CENTRAL RAIL TRAIL CHIWALKING® AND CHIRUNNING® WALK / RUN
SATURDAY MORNINGS AT 7:00 AM
Join us for some Saturday morning fresh air! All ChiWalkers and ChiRunners are welcome! Cost is $5 per person. Walk or run at your own pace. We will start out together with body looseners, you will head out at your own pace (walking or running) to warm up. Once you are warmed up I will offer feedback on your form. We will go out for 30 minutes, then turn around and head back. Or if you prefer to extend your run, go for it! This is not a training session or race. This is a time for like minded walkers and runners to get out and enjoy some fresh air while getting a refresher and feedback on your form.
