Learn the ChiWalking® and ChiRunning® techniques geared to your specific needs. I offer Personal Training Sessions year-round for clients of any age and experience level. Sessions are two hours each and three sessions are recommended. In addition to running form you will learn about cadence, how to conquer hills, and breathing techniques. See for yourself the difference of pain free walking and running.

Workshops include ChiWalking® and ChiRunning® instruction plus FREE video analysis of your running form. We will learn about stride length, cadence, breathing, and how to conquer hills! Group workshops can accommodate runners and walkers of all levels!
RUNNING FORM VIDEO ANALYSIS
A picture is worth a thousand words. So is video! What you think you are doing with your running form and what you are actually doing are often very different things. I will analyze your form and provide helpful tips and tricks on how to improve your form.
